What types of light bulbs are compatible with Hermanlamps?
Most of our fixtures are designed for standard E26 or E27 bases. We recommend using energy-efficient LED bulbs to ensure the longevity of your lamp and to reduce energy consumption.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our designer lighting worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If your lamp arrives damaged or doesn't fit your space, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Are your lamps dimmable?
Many of our pendant and floor lamps are dimmable-compatible, provided you use a dimmable bulb and have a compatible wall switch. Please check the specific product description for individual model details.
