At Hermanlamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If your new lamp or fixture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the item in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure it arrives safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
